My stay at Black Swan Lakeside Retreat was a mixed bag. The room we had faced the lake and was decorated with a theme that can be described as luxurious, but it was not as comfortable as I'd hoped. The staff service was exceptional, making us feel very welcome throughout our visit. However, the abundance of blue LED lights and a rocky mattress made for a less than ideal night's sleep. The dining experience was outstanding, further enhancing our stay, but some aspects felt a bit overpriced.
